RETURNS & REFUND POLICY:

Returns:

At Mini Wardrobes, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer free and easy returns. You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@miniwardrobes.com with the subject line “Returns” and include your order number, details of which items you would like to return and the reason for your return request. We will provide you with a return address and any necessary instructions for processing your return. We’ll provide the return label to you and cover the cost of return shipping.

Returned items must be in new and unused condition. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Please note that we cannot refund any initial shipping fees paid for the original order.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item and will apply the refund to your credit card or original method of payment automatically.

Exchanges:

Not the right size or color? No worries. To exchange an item to a different size or color, please email us at support@miniwardrobes.com with the subject line “Exchange” and include your order number, details of which items you would like to exchange and the reason for your exchange request.

If you’d like to exchange to a new product, please initiate a return and purchase the new product in a separate transaction.

Order Changes or Cancellations:

We try to send out orders quickly, but if you need to change or cancel an order, just send us an email at support@miniwardrobes.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you!

Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or cancelled, however, if you still want to return the clothes, please see the returns instructions above.
